Our Rooms
We have 4 rooms available at our Bed & Breakfast. Each room has its own theme. You can make a choice between the Classic Room (large luxurious private bathroom), the roomy Retro room (this large room will take you back to the 70’s) the Oriental – Byzanthium room (your own balcony) or the Oriental – Far East room. Whatever which of the rooms you choose for your stay, you will relax and enjoy the magnificent view of the mountains. Have also a look at our bookingswebsite.
Prices are per room including breakfast for 2 persons. In the Retro room and the byzanthium room there is the possibility to add an extra bed for a small extra charge. Coffee and tea are available free of charge in the room. In the common room there are also board games and toys for the children (lego and Playmobil). If you come with children – you can combine rooms. There are books also, at the moment most are in the dutch language but english are coming soon. It is possible to get drinks for a small fee, ask us for it. All rooms have bathrobes and towels.
More about the rooms and Casa Traca
Casa Traca is a non smoking Bed and Breakfast which means there is no smoking in the house. There are enough seats in the garden to be able to smoke. Please note that Portugal is a dry and warm country. B&B Casa Traca is located in a wooded area, so always be alert with fire. Forest fires unfortunately also occur here.
There is no elevator so please enquire if mobility is a problem (stairs). Breakfast is served in the sun room downstairs where you have a fantastic view over the garden. Served 7.30am and 10.00am. Wifi is available throughout the accommodation & garden and is free.
The garden is also an important part of our B&B and is therefore completely freely accessible to our guests. Just like in the guest rooms, we also have themed lounge areas in the garden. We also have Instagram for atmospheric images.
Check-in and Check-out
You can standard check-in for the rooms between 14:00 and 19:00. If you want to come sooner / later, this can be done in consultation. We appreciate it if you give us an expected arrival time, so we can take that into account.
Check-out of the rooms is between 7 AM and 11 AM. You are welcome to use in the common areas and the garden. However, if you want to use your room longer, late check-out is possible until 13:00. We request an amount of € 10.00 for that.
