How do we handle your safety and our safety? The corona virus Covid-19 has left deep traces in the world. We consider the safety of you, our guests, important and have therefore taken some measures. We hereby comply with the regulations for alojamento local issued by the DGS (Direção-Geral da Saúde).

What do we do for your arrival? We use cleaning products that are composed of agents with disinfectant ingredients and / or with bleach. We pay extra attention to door handles, light knobs and other smooth surfaces. We wash bed linen and towels at 60 degrees. We also pay extra attention to the pillows.

In between the different reservations, we provide at least 1 extra day. This so that we have enough time to clean everything extra well.

Adjustments during your stay

Does the corona virus Covid-19 affect your stay? Yes, your stay with us will be different from what you are used to from us. For example, the use of the communal refrigerator will not be possible from a hygiene point of view. We will also take into account the social distance of 1.5 meters. We have also drawn up some additional household rules regarding the corona covid-19 virus. This is to guarantee both your safety and our own as much as possible.

You will receive these household rules from us immediately after your reservation. You can also read it in our digital concierge app. You will also receive the access code for this after booking.

What else do you need to know? We will not assume full occupancy of rooms. This creates more space in the house and in the common areas so that the social distance of 1.5 meters can be observed. We will also provide sufficient soap, tissues and disinfectant gel.
